Who are we?

Central Reservations was founded in Lincoln, Canterbury in 2003, to meet the requirements of the Inbound Tourist Trade on one side and newly constructed apartments on the other. The business was sold and relocated to Gisborne, New Zealand in 2015.  Central Reservations has established itself to be a trusted and reliable accommodation service and over the years, the business has searched and sourced a wide range of high quality accommodation covering all regions throughout this beautiful country of New Zealand.

What do we do?

CRNZ is an accommodation service provider that works with a wide network of international and well-known New Zealand travel businesses, to provide a place to stay for local and overseas holidaymakers.  CRNZ has a fabulous range of high quality apartments, hotels, motels and bed and breakfast suppliers who were carefully selected for their location, quality and personal service.  We are continuing to expand our property range with the aim of covering all of New Zealand with a choice of accommodation.  The new website centralres.co.nz not only provides an online booking service but also information about each of our properties and the regions in which they are located in.  Whether you are on holiday, a business trip, visiting family or friends or attending a special event, centralres.co.nz provides you with a great range of accommodation options.

Pat Butler

Managing Director

Pat oversees all aspects of the business. He has an extensive background in business management and drives Central Reservations with a “service and solutions” philosophy. We understand the value of working closely with our suppliers and customers to ensure the guest has a great experience while holidaying or travelling anywhere in New Zealand.

Ellie Butler

Reservations Manager

Product Manager/Reservations Assistant

Georgia ensures that our properties and systems are relevant and up to date. Georgia also assists Ellie with the reservations.

Accounts Manager

Annie Butler

Marketing and Sales Manager

Annie looks after all things marketing related. She has a background in Event Management and has also worked on the accounting side of Central Reservations.
